Aidin is a technology startup using marketplace economics to ease the burden of finding high-quality care providers when patients leave the hospital. Their value proposition has been clear from the beginning: get patients the care they deserve. But Aidin’s brand experience needed refinement and alignment as they scaled.

After speaking with new and power users, we began to retell the Aidin story through brand design and messaging. With a contemporary and welcoming new angle, we rebuilt the marketing website, redesigned the entire product, and updated all the digital touch points that are so critical to Aidin’s users, including social, fax, and email style guides and templates.
